Alessa has opened three new Service Centers in Jazan, Al Baha and Tabuk recently. The opening ceremonies were held in the presence of GM of Service-Mr. Bandar Al-Ghamdi, Corporate Communications Director- Mr. Mohammed Saed Elmamoun and Customer Care Leader- Mr. Abdullah Ba Wazir.
The new branch in Al Baha and Tabuk will be managed by Alessa’s authorized dealers ‘Al Alamen Althahabia’ and ‘Bsaer Alnukhba’ respectively, under the direct supervision of Service Dept. of Alessa Industries Company.
It is worth mentioning that this new branches has been opened as part of the expansion strategy adopted by the company senior management earlier in the service sector. The new service branches join company’s other maintenance network branches located in Riyadh, Dammam, Hofuf, Mecca, Jeddah, Khamis Mushait, Hafar Al-Batin and Buraidah. These new establishments aim to provide after-sales services on a wider geographical area and to offer better support for the company's customers.
