Alessa has opened two new Service Centers in Kharj and Quwaiyah. These new branches in Kharj and Quwaiyah will be managed by our authorized dealers ‘Al-Bedah Foundation’ and ’Dar Senmar Foundation’ respectively, under the direct supervision of Service Dept. of Alessa.
The opening ceremony of the Kharj maintenance center was held on 10th May 2017 in the presence of ’Dar Senmar Foundation’ Members. The opening ceremony of the Quwaiyah maintenance center was held on 11th May 2017 in the presence of Bedah Bin Abdullah Al Bedah, Walid Al Bunni, Rakan Al Bedah and their maintenance team. In addition, Hitachi representatives and many of the Alessa employees were also present during both these events.
It is worth mentioning that these new branches have been opened as part of the expansion strategy adopted by senior management earlier in the service sector. The two new service branches join company’s other maintenance network branches located in Riyadh, Dammam, Hofuf, Mecca, Jeddah, Khamis Mushait, Arar, Hafar Al-Batin, Jazan, Al Baha, Tabuk and Buraidah. These new establishments aim to provide after-sales services on a wider geographical area and to offer better support for the company's customers.
