Alessa Celebrates 50th Anniversary with Hitachi

HAASCO in association with Hitachi International, Japan celebrated its 50th anniversary of the business partnership in the distribution of home appliances in the Kingdom. The ceremony was held in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alessa- Mr. Saud Alessa, Minister of the Embassy of Japan- Mr. Setsuo Ohmori. The new Hitachi products were also launched in this grand event which was also attended by the high level delegation of Japanese Embassy, Mr. Saud bin Mohammed Alessa, Board of Directors of Alessa- Mr. Yousef Alessa and Mr. Abdullah bin Ali Al Dubaikhi, Alessa CEO- Mr. Osama Alessa, Executive Managing Director of Hitachi, Japan- Mr. Kazushi Kobayashi and a number of senior administrators of Hitachi International as well as Alessa Industries Group at Riyadh Marriott Hotel on 24th March 2019. Many big distributors of HAASCO from all across the Kingdom were hosted and honored in this event. During the ceremony, the Japanese Minister delivered a speech in which he praised the Saudi-Japanese partnership and wished the two companies to continue their partnership in years to come and overcome all the challenges as they usually do. Alessa CEO welcomed the attendees and detailed the history of the partnership with Hitachi and regarded it as the oldest partnership in this field. He added that there is great potential in the two companies, their combined experience and opportunities will give this alliance more prominence and prosperity. This was followed by the launch of new products with a detailed session demonstrating the innovative and advanced technologies in the field of energy saving while also improving the performance for smart and comfortable customer experience by providing a full range of home appliance products. At the end of the ceremony, the top management of Hitachi International Group honored Alessa and presented a commemorative memento as a token of gratitude and took group photos with all attendees.
